  • AI-authored narrative

    Executive summary, prioritized recommendations, and per-section analysis written for direct delivery to a client. No “AI-generated” labeling in the report itself — Pro is positioned for you to present the analysis as your own.

  • Deep theme analysis

    For recognized themes (wordpress.org, ThemeForest, official commercial directories), a version-gap analysis with implications. For unrecognized themes, a source bundle is sent to AI for analysis surfacing bugs, security concerns, and maintainability issues in non-technical language.

  • Inline editing

    Within the in-admin report viewer, every text element — narrative, recommendations, finding descriptions, executive summary — is editable. Edits save to the report data and immediately re-render the static HTML at the public URL.

  • White-label

    Upload your logo, set your agency name, optional tagline, primary color, and accent color. These replace SteadyPress branding on the public URL view and the downloaded HTML. The client sees your brand, not ours.

  • Token rotation

    Click “Rotate URL” to regenerate the public report token. The old URL stops working immediately. Use it to revoke external access after sending, or to refresh a token that’s been forwarded too widely.

How licensing works.

What’s an audit credit?
A credit is consumed when SiteReview generates a completed report on a domain. Pro Single comes with 1 credit, Pro Agency with 10, Pro Enterprise with 50. Credits never expire — buy them whenever you need to run an audit. The plugin itself can be installed on as many WordPress sites as you want; credits gate report generation, not the install.
Can I re-run a report on the same domain?
Yes. Re-running an audit on the same domain within 30 days does not consume an additional credit. This is the “fix-and-verify” grace window — you can run an initial scan, fix the issues it surfaces, and re-scan to confirm without burning a second credit. After 30 days, a fresh scan counts as a new credit.
Is this an annual subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time payment. There’s no annual renewal, no auto-billing, and your credits never expire. We sell it as a one-time purchase because that’s how agencies actually use an audit tool: scan, deliver, archive.
What happens after I run my first audit?
The report sits at a public URL that you control (rotate it, delete it, edit it). One credit, one completed report — the URL is yours forever (or until you delete it). The plugin is comfortable being installed-and-inactive between audits.
Which AI provider does Pro use?
SiteReview Pro routes AI requests through the SteadyPress API, which selects the best model for the task. The AI cost is built into the one-time price and the model selection logic is opinionated. If we change providers, the work continues unchanged.
What does white-label actually replace?
On the public report URL and the downloaded HTML: the SteadyPress eyebrow (“SteadyPress SiteReview”), the footer wordmark, the “Generated with SteadyPress” credit, the primary color, and the accent color. Your logo, agency name, optional tagline, and brand colors take their place. The WordPress admin chrome stays SteadyPress-branded — white-label is for the deliverable, not the tool.
What happens if I don’t use all my credits?
Nothing. They sit on your account, ready, until you do. There’s no “use it or lose it” clock. Buy the tier that matches your expected audit volume and forget about it.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a top-up bundle from your account portal — pricing matches the tier ratios above. Or upgrade to a higher tier if you find yourself topping up frequently.
What’s the refund policy?
30 days, no questions asked. If SiteReview Pro isn’t right for you, email us and we’ll refund the full amount. Unused credits are refunded along with the purchase.
