Refund Policy

If SteadyScore Pro isn’t right for you, we’ll refund you. This policy is short on purpose.

Our promise

30 days from purchase, full refund. No exit interview. Use the contact form with your order number and we will refund it.

What qualifies

• Any first-time SteadyScore Pro purchase, refundable within 30 days.
• Renewals are refundable within 7 days of the renewal date, in case auto-renew caught you by surprise.

How to request

Use the contact form with your order ID. We process refunds within 3 business days. Stripe typically takes another 5–10 days to return funds to your card, depending on your bank.

After refund

Your Pro license is revoked and Pro features stop on your sites. The free plugin keeps working as before. Your account data stays intact in case you want to come back.

Why we offer this

Because SteadyScore should work for you. If it doesn’t, you shouldn’t be stuck paying for something you won’t use. A clean refund is cheaper, for both of us, than a long argument.
