Is the free version really free?
Yes. No time limit, no feature nag. Free scores every public plugin on your site, forever with CSV table export. Pro adds coverage for premium plugins, AI analysis, and export right to Google Docs.
What counts as a “site”?
One WordPress installation. Staging and local dev environments don’t count — common staging patterns are auto-aliased to your production domain.
Why is the Agency tier such a good deal?
Three single-site licenses at $99 costs $297. The Agency tier gives you 25 sites for $249. If you manage three or more client sites, Agency is the obvious choice.
What counts as an “AI analysis”?
One AI analysis evaluates one plugin and returns a plain-language assessment with recommendations. Analyses are cached — re-analyzing the same plugin within the cache window doesn’t consume a credit.
What happens if I don’t renew?
Pro features stop working but the free tier continues. You keep all your existing score data. No lock-in, no data loss.
What’s the refund policy?
30 days, no questions asked. If SteadyScore isn’t right for you, email us and we’ll refund the full amount.
